Plan of Development (POD) is an integrated plan to develop one or more oil and gas fields to make the fields more mature and can produce more hydrocarbons optimally regarding the technical aspects, economycal aspects, and HSE (Health and Safety Environment). POD usually needs a lot of time to be evaluated, and it is inspired some researchers to stimulate the development of Quick Look POD. This paper is made to add some new parameters that is not contained on the previous study of Quick Look POD. This paper adds subsurface evaluation which is recovery factor, surface evaluation which is withdrawal rate, and risk analysis. Recovery factor, withdrawal rate, and risk analysis are three important parameters that can complete Quick Look POD and make the self assessment more comprehensive and usefull. Scoring table for recovery factor and withdrawal rate had been generated in this paper. Recovery factor and withdrawal rate scoring by basin table, by region table, and globally for Indonesia has been made. While for the risk analysis, a new method to get the score has been developed using fundamental statistic equation which is standard deviation. These criteria are also applied to field “X” to make sure that field “X” is potential to be developed.
