To anticipate it, many company try to rebuild their strategy by reviewing it based on market need in local and international, compare to another company which have best performance in the world, and evaluate their internal competency. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Todays, business strategy development have been changing from strategic management traditional to be strategic management system contemporer. Strategic management system traditional only focus on financial perspective, but management strategic system comtemporer have four perspective, they are perspective financial, customer, internal process business,learning and growth. Tools for integrate that management system by using Balanced Scorecard. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Balanced scorecard have a capability to translate company vision, mision, strategy to be objective and initiative strategic for division, department and personel level up to operation level. Balanced scorecard could be used by executive for monitoring and controling the strategy implementation in the company. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> After the framework of strategic management system concept with Balanced Scorecard accomplish, then we could use it in integration to Master Improvement Story in organization excellecce model.The Master Improvement Story in Organizational excellence model adapt from the idea of Vincent Gaspersz. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This paper could be hope to answer the challenges and the problems in the company by suggesting a design and schedule implementation strategic management system using Balanced Scorecard and integrate with Master Improvement Story framework in organizational excellence framework. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Company could be win the competition in free trade era if company do implementation the suggestion. Support and commitment from CEO dan all staff from executive to staff will be very important for the success. <br />
