This study conducted an exploratory study using a multiple-case study to compare and contrast the cases and to get new insights and the picture of the entrepreneurial process of women entrepreneur. Semi-structured interviews and document analysis were employed to collect the data. Eight women entrepreneurs were selected as the informants representing different cases. The women entrepreneurs pointed out different motivating factors to become social entrepreneurs, such as value internalization, women nature, and role model existence.
