Summary:At this modern time, legacy business (consisted of voice and SMS) of telecommunication companies is facing downfall caused by the rapid development of internet in which generally makes users switching to digital services. PT. XYZ is one of the telecommunication company who is seeking for the new revenue stream that could compensate the rapid downfall in their total revenue. This research explores relevant evidence on the digital services revenue contribution and growth on a telecommunication company by using PT. XYZ Annual Report 2018 and PT. XYZ Digital Services Data in 2018 and 2019 as a case study. The data includes five variables to be analyzed which are subscribers, number of transactions, revenue, average revenue per user (ARPU), and number of transactions per subscribers. In each area and region, the variables are analyzed using descriptive statistics. From the analysis, the researcher found the PT XYZ’s digital services sub-division that contributes the most. Furthermore, the games sub-division of digital service is showing the highest potential to be developed. After that, the research continued with exploring the subscribers’ profile of games sub-division in West Java as it is the region of the problem owner. The gamers in West Java are dominated with silver gamers who spend 0-100,000 Rupiah. The findings are expected to aid PT. XYZ in gaining new insights of their digital services.
