Pradipta has objective to gain 10percent market share in short term and become the best transportation service company in Bandung-Bogor route in the long term. Pradipta had already defined the mission to achieve the objectives, which are punctual, secure, and comfortable through main strategy services, the Point to Point system and 7 seater coach car. Travels demand for Bandung-Bogor is high. Many new entrants that jump into this business prove it. Average passengers per trip are around five passengers in weekdays and seven in weekend. Up to now, there are 4 main competitors, which are Cipaganti, Dewa, Rhama, and MPX. Pradipta has two target markets, which are the students and the employees. These two target markets match with Pradiptas superiority, which provides the best transportation services with new concept that gives time priority, competitive price, comfort, and services one-step ahead. |
