Description
Summary:Jakarta is a developing metropolitan city as in business, industry and infrastructur fields. If natural disasters occur like floods, the financial loss effect is huge and affect the community activity in Jakarta. Due to Jakarta’s level-lowland topography, causes rainfall in that area suspended and didn’t flow to downstream, making a farthermore non-gravitation drainage system is required. One of suitable solution in such situation is polder system. In this essay, the planning design is to make polder system and ecodrainage system as a solution to prevent flood at Pademangan district, North Jakarta. Due to analysis stormwater by SCS-CN method obatanined a 25 years return priod flood discharge (Q25) is 154.7 m3/s. With that flood discharge, the hydraulic analysis is then performed using Hec-RAS. Based on Hec-RAS result, it is acquired in the Polder Pademangan area flooding of 2.525 km from downstream Sentiong River and 1.1 km in Ancol River. According the analysis outcome, non-structural intervention like ecodrainage and structural intervention like polder system and normalization channel will be planned. The ecodrianage design plans are porous pavement and green roofttop. Ecodrainage system can reduce peak discgharge by 42.4 m3/s. River normalization as Structural intervention can reduce water level from -0.83 mPP to 1.5 mPP in Sentiong River and -1.38 mPP untl -2.69 mPP in Kali Ancol. The Polder System planning is to install 10 pumps with capacity of 7 m3/s and 5 pumps with capacity 10 m3/s, therefore the total capacity is 120 m3/s. With the solutions above, the structural and and non-structural plans can reduce water level up to 1.88 m. The planned budget for the development of the ecodrainase, river normalization, and polder system is Rp. 3,238,182,050,000.00.
