The global rapid growth in telecommunication services industry had become an important issue for Hariff to the growth and development of company. Respond to these business challenges, had forced Hariff to behave entrepreneurial in order to discover potential market widely thus they can be adapted to those business challenges. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The research was done to preview and encourage some improvement suggestion to entrepreneurial culture through employee and top management behavior monitoring thus it can be align with the companys vision and mission. Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) were used in this research. The survey was done to 60 individual people for the EOS and 21 people from management for the ELQ. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The output of the EOS showed that Individual Orientation dimension still has not take intrapreneurship culture practice in Harrif as an important issue. Meanwhile the Condition of Company was sufficient to support the application of intrapreneurship culture practice in Hariff. The output of the ELQ showed a gap between the expectations of entrepreneurial behavior and the realty that done by intrapreuneur types in Harriff, especially for integrator type which has the highest gap. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The recommendation that proposed to Harriiff is the improvement of three dimension of entrepreneurial orientation which are Individual Orientation, Risk Taking and Flexibility. The other recommendation is the development of intrapreuneur type which can create an atmosphere that could support innovation and employee creativity in using the opportunities of company business. text |
