In disaster risk reduction efforts, it is important to plan and prepare for unexpected events. City Spatial Plan and Disaster Contingency Plan are two documents that are made for disaster risk reduction. Since the City Spatial Plan and Disaster Contingency Plan are in the pre-disaster phase of disaster risk management, there is a potential for integration between the two plan documents. The integration between spatial planning and disaster risk management aims to reduce disaster risk in general, both in limiting future development, and in hazard modification. This study uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach to describe the case comprehensively using descriptive analysis and content analysis methods. The material for the analysis was obtained by conducting interviews with relevant agencies and practitioners from disaster contingency plan makers. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there is an integration that can be done between the disaster contingency plan and the city spatial plan. In the process, there is data and information that can be integrated, then in substance, the substance of the city's Spatial Plan in the form of patterns, structures, and strategic areas can be considered in determining scenarios and assumptions of disaster impact in disaster contingency plans, while the results of the operation concept and cluster planning can be considered in the substance of the pattern, structure, strategic area, as well as program indications in the city's Spatial Plan. Meanwhile, in the implementation of integration, the main actors involved in the preparation of the two product plans can coordinate more so that the implementation of the integration can run well.
