Summary:Youths are one of the people most vulnerable to the effects of climate change, especially in developing nations such as Indonesia. At a time, they are the future leaders and decision-makers where their actions will influence how the world deals with climate change mitigation and adaptation. Youths, who comprise the mass of the population in many countries, are a key driver in the overtake of a low-carbon and climate-resilient future. The main objective of this study is to explore youth engagement in tackling climate change. Since the scope of the study is Business management students, this study is associated with the PRME while also bringing attention to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study employs a qualitative method to conduct an in depth interview with the participant in an area of conversation about tackling climate change. This study contains participants' youth that are part of the School of Business and Management students at Institute Technology Bandung as a case study. The results showed youth engage in tackling climate change by experiencing a cognitive, affective, behavioral and spirit component. Keyword : Climate change, Climate action, Youth engagement
