Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in recent years has just implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program related to the obligations contained in UU No.40 Pasal 74 Tahun 2007 Perusahaan Terbatas (PT). In accordance with the objectives of the company's new CSR program, the company is currently researching about how much impact its investment will have on the CSR program. With this in mind, companies have to manage their expenses, including investments in mandatory funds for the company's new CSR program. According to the CSR unit at the company, the company is currently assessing the impact of the investments they make for CSR programs, especially in this research is the Bina Lingkungan program for Waste Processing using Black Soldier Flies. This research was conducted using several methods in several stages. The first stage is external analysis (PESTLE) and internal analysis (SWOT and financial ratios in the form of profitability) of the company. The use of these analysis would likely helps the company to analyze the feasibility in a CSR program, whether their investment for Waste Management Program using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) worth it or not. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and of course companies that go public in Indonesia, are required to spend investment funds for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs every year. Knowing this, the authors conducted an analysis of the company's expenditures in the form of CSR investment funds, especially for the waste management program using Black Soldier flies, to determine how big the value of the impact generated by the investment was. The analysis was carried out using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) ratio. There are several stages that will be carried out in this research such as stakeholder analysis, impact mapping, calculation of impact value, value of input, and SROI ratio. The result of the SROI ratio in the form of social impact, is a value that can determine how much value is generated for every Rp. 1 issued by the investment of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The implications of the impact value generated by the investment of CSR funds are in the form of a definite value for the company and to evaluate and determine how big the impact of the investment made by the company. text |

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a company engaged in the largest rail transportation in
Indonesia. Currently, there are 9 operating areas of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) on the
island of Java, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Cirebon, Semarang, Purwokerto, Yogyakarta,
Madiun, Surabaya, and Jember. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in recent years has just
implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program related to the obligations
contained in UU No.40 Pasal 74 Tahun 2007 Perusahaan Terbatas (PT). In accordance with
the objectives of the company's new CSR program, the company is currently researching about
how much impact its investment will have on the CSR program. With this in mind, companies
have to manage their expenses, including investments in mandatory funds for the company's
new CSR program. According to the CSR unit at the company, the company is currently
assessing the impact of the investments they make for CSR programs, especially in this
research is the Bina Lingkungan program for Waste Processing using Black Soldier Flies.
This research was conducted using several methods in several stages. The first stage is external

profitability) of the company. The use of these analysis would likely helps the company to
analyze the feasibility in a CSR program, whether their investment for Waste Management
Program using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) worth it or not.
PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and of course companies that go public in Indonesia, are
required to spend investment funds for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs every
year. Knowing this, the authors conducted an analysis of the company's expenditures in the
form of CSR investment funds, especially for the waste management program using Black Soldier flies, to determine how big the value of the impact generated by the investment was.
The analysis was carried out using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) ratio. There are
several stages that will be carried out in this research such as stakeholder analysis, impact
mapping, calculation of impact value, value of input, and SROI ratio. The result of the SROI
ratio in the form of social impact, is a value that can determine how much value is generated

implications of the impact value generated by the investment of CSR funds are in the form of
a definite value for the company and to evaluate and determine how big the impact of the
