In order to create more value added to the organization, an organization must ensure the use of innovation process. Innovation is a driving factor for an entrepreneurial organization to gain more economic value added and to improve competitiveness. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The objective of this research is intended to see about current organization culture compared to the culture in entrepreneurial organization. The results of this research can be use as an improvement basis towards the creation and the establishment of an entrepreneurial environment. The research data was collected through questionnaire survey using the Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ), developed by Thornberry (2006). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In light of the high commitment from management to support the creation of a new idea to foster and nurture innovation, this research shows that individual orientation towards entrepreneurial culture in Cicendo Eye Hospital was weak. It also shows that there still are big differences in the capabilities of leaders in Cicendo Eye Hospital to act and lead like an entrepreneur. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> In order to create an entrepreneurial organization, Cicendo Eye Hospital still needs to create an entrepreneurial environment. One of the ways to resolve the issue is that the hospital needs to support the empowerment of employee, so they are willing to take more risk in performing innovation and providing better services to the public. text
