Currently, Indonesia and several regions, including the city of Bogor, are increasing tourism and the creative economy as a driving force for the national economy. Implementing four main pillars, that is advanced, competitive, sustainable tourism and applying local wisdom. Tourism and the creative economy are one of the government's strategies in advancing the economy as well as introducing the culture of their region. Tourism and the creative economy are two things that cannot be separated, in relation to the creative economy being a driving force for tourism development, which can be an idea in increasing the economic value of the tourism aspect. The creative economy has seventeen sub-sectors, with one of them being about the arts. Art is a work of expression of the soul and culture that is packaged beautifully, and has its own uniqueness. Art that appears usually describes a condition of society, with the aim of preserving existing values as a form of concern for the artists. Art can be the main attraction and characteristic of a city, many art connoisseurs are willing to spend their time, energy and even money to enjoy a work of art. The city of Bogor has a lot of potential for art which is currently slowly being forgotten. Many art communities have not been accommodated and appreciated, this is due to the lack of facilities provided by the government. Currently, there have been many criticisms from the media regarding the absence of an art facility in the city of Bogor. In the Bogor City RPJMD 2021-2024, the Bogor City Government has made a Strategic Plan for the Tourism and Culture Office regarding the Development and Preservation of Cultural Diversity, Development of National Art Galleries, and Supporting the Implementation of Regional Festivals/Events. Based on these issues, this project contributes to support government programs and helps in generating the economy of the City of Bogor, it is also made to accommodate the artist community in the City of Bogor. So that these artist communities can have a place to gather to exhibit their work, and discuss with other fellow artists. In addition, art connoisseurs and art collectors have a destination to do their hobbies, and can be a place of education for students, especially in the fields of art and culture. Taking the location in Bogor City, East Bogor sub-district, which has been regulated in the Bogor City Spatial Plan as a trade and service cultivation area. Apart from being the embodiment of art and cultural tourism, this project is oriented towards three main objectives, namely economy, creativity, and appreciation. This art facility will be designed with two main functions as an art space and a community center, to accommodate the needs of the artist community as well as the society. By means of applying the neuro architecture approach as an effort to create an environment that pays attention to the behavioral and emotional responses felt by the users in the space design process. It is hoped that with the application of these physiological variables, it creates needs, perception, memory, and attitude, for the artist community, the public, and domestic and foreign tourists, so that they gain experience and emotional bonds that will bring them back to visit the art facility. text
