STUDY OF SILK FIBROIN AND SPIDROIN BASED SCAFFOLD FABRICATING FOR ARTIFICIAL SKIN EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX USING ELECTROSPINNING PROCESS
In the recovery of skin injuries, fibrous-scaffold is used as a medium for cell regeneration. Fibrous-scaffold is made using silk fibroin because it has superior biocompatibility, biodegradation, and bioactivity. Moreover, it is necessary to add spidroin which has the arg-gly-asp sequences (RGD)...

In the recovery of skin injuries, fibrous-scaffold is used as a medium for
cell regeneration. Fibrous-scaffold is made using silk fibroin because it has
superior biocompatibility, biodegradation, and bioactivity. Moreover, it is

In this study it was found that the fabrication of silk fibroin based fibrousscaffold
