Telepharmacy is pharmacist services that use telecommunications for remote patients with clinical pharmacy services that can be carried out such as counseling, providing drug information, and drug use monitoring that can be done anytime dan anywhere. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension are included in the criteria for patients who must be given counseling because patients must understand the aims of the treatment being carried out to be more adherence to treatment. This study aims to evaluate use of telepharmacy services and determine the effectivity for í??±??±??ð??? ?ð±??????? ¸í±?±?®±????í± ???¸??±?í?¸ ??±¸ ð??í± ±??±?ð?±?? ??±?í?¸ ?ð?í Quasy Experimental, Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest Post Test Design study design on 52 patients during December 2021-February 2022. Patients divided to 2 group is intervention group and nonintervention group. Data were obtained through direct interviews and filling out questionnaires. The questionnaires that were used are MARS-???? ?¸ í??±??±??ð??? ?ð±????????ð»±???le questionnaire. Chisquare statistic analysis was used to determine the difference of intervention and non intervention ã????ð?? ?ð±??????? ¸í±?±?®±????!?¸ ?í±???± ?? ??????Correlation analysis was used to dertemine the correlation between intervention with adherence. The results showed there was a 30% increase ? ?ð±??????? ¸í±?±?®± ð??í±? ?? ?¸ ?í±?± ? ? » ð?®???±? ?ð??­±??±±?ð??±??±??ð?? ?¸ ? ?ð±??????? adherence (p<0,05, r= 0,372). So, Telepharmacy are quite effective for increase the adherence of hypertension patients.
