Well developed agribusiness industrys development in Indonesia is an opportunity and also challenge to PT Paya Pinang to make a proper actions. PT Paya Pinang capabilities to catch big business opportunity in agribusiness will be better if it has entrepreneurial corporate culture. Rapid growth of agricultural technology development and more tight competition in agribusiness is a challenge for PT Paya Pinang to make good actions. PT Paya Pinang has to have corporate entrepreneurship culture which intrapreneurship implementation could increase employee innovation capability, courage to take risk, speed in catching business opportunity and problem solving, and succeed in corporate strategic. <br />

This final research project is to identify corporate entrepreneurship practices in PT Paya Pinang. The research is also to identify entrepreneurial leadership characteristics in PT Paya Pinang. Research method is using EOS and ELQ questionnaires. EOS and ELQ questionnaires were distributed to PT Paya Pinang employees and managers. EOS is used to measure entrepreneurial orientation in a company, with key dimensions my company, strategic planning, cross functionality, support for new ideas, market intelligence, risk aversion, speed, flexibility, focus, the future, and personal orientation. ELQ is used to map entrepreneurial leadership types in a company, i.e. accelerators, integrators, miners, and explorers. |
