Summary:The requirement for communication is rising at the moment as the number of customers who utilize communication technologies increases. Telkomsel, on the other hand, has difficulties in terms of physical voucher sales during its operation. Occasionally, stores that offer actual vouchers find themselves with an empty stock of merchandise due to parties that frequently take advantage. Based on this, this study aims to propose solutions related to distribution problems faced by Telkomsel and hopefully can be used by Telkomsel so that the distribution and sales process will be better and increased. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach. Researchers conducted interviews with various parties related to the supply chain ecosystem of physical voucher distribution. The cause of the problems faced by Telkomsel leads to a distribution process that is not based on the integration of various partners such as distributors and retailers. To solve the problems that Are being experienced by Telkomsel. Researchers analyze the organizational and business situation in the company using various supply chain approaches based on strategic alliances that can support telkomsel's product distribution process. This research provides solutions related to Telkomsel's product distribution which includes Telkomsel's need for sales channel management based on integration, alliance strategies to partners, and distribution strategies. The implementation of this is to create a synchronized collaboration between Telkomsel and distributor and retailer partners.
