Indonesia as a country that has participated in this agenda is required to fulfill the goals. Among the various health issues, the Maternal and Child health (MCH) has become the biggest health problem in Indonesia lately, especially in West Java. Based on Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) data of Majalengka Regency 2019, the number of infant’s survival was only 73%, lower from previous year. One of the efforts to overcome these problems based on SDGs 2030 Agenda is by ensuring universal access to health service. The effort is presented one of which by providing adequate health facilities for the community. Furthermore, perceptions and social stigma about the fear of inequality in health service should be removed. Starting from those issues, this project is aimed as a solution to create mother and child health facilities that not only focus on health service, but also provide the facilities that can improve quality of life also accommodate health education activities for mother and child. Equality and familiarity through the health service become the main concern of this project. This was presented by integrating the concept of inclusivity in the social environment. Moreover, design concepts based on patient requirements (patient-centered care) and the approach of spatial familiarity is also implemented in the design as a response to give a familiar impression that can provide comfort and positive experience for users, which is mother and child. text
