One of the mechanisms that occurs is the genetic control mechanism using repressor protein, that is, a mechanism to regulate the chemical substances in a cell. The mathematical model then formed as a system of differential equation with time delays using standard theory from compartmental analysis and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> biochemical kinetics by considering the time of transcription and translation as a time delays. Stability and steady state problems are analyzed for the model without time delays. For the model with time delays, the analysis is done until the characteristic <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> equation, which is the quasi polynomial equation, is found. Furthermore, the analysis is done by numerical simulations to find the effect of each parameter to the system. text |
