Summary:Electricity becomes a necessity in all aspects of life, both for personal needs and in the business industry. Since electricity was discovered and developed by various parties until electricity became one of the most important factors in the development of civilization in Indonesia. The development of the number and capacity of power plants is very important in Indonesia, so many parties become concerned about creating and developing power plant infrastructure with new and renewable energy. Increasing power plants with new and renewable energy is also a target for the Indonesian government in the future, with the development of new renewable energy power plants, one of those renewable energy power plants is a hydroelectric power plant with a closed model and using tunnels as waterways providing business opportunities for companies that engaged in the construction sector in Indonesia. This research uses external and internal analysis. For external analysis using PESTEL analysis and Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL analysis is used to see conditions on a current situation of national scale that exists in Indonesia. Porter's Five Forces analysis is used to determine external conditions, consumers, competitors, and stakeholders in a certain area in the business industry. While the internal analysis uses VRIO and Value Chain Analysis, the internal analysis is to determine the company's values and business activities. The last analysis is SWOT, this analysis is used to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats the company has. In addition to the external and internal analysis, internal and external interviews were also conducted to find out the experiences of each individual and surveys to find out the expected values of the selection of contractors. From external and internal analysis obtained from primary data and secondary data, the results are obtained to be transformed to determine Strategic Leadership, new Business Model Canvass, and Porter's Generic Strategy Based on the results of the analysis, PT. Sulindo Putra Timur must improve the leadership abilities of its workers in the field, this is expected to improve its performance in the field. In addition, PT. Sulindo Putra Timur also has to determine the Business Model Canvas, and the most important thing is PT. Sulindo Putra Timur must do a cost leadership strategy to increase sales or revenue in the future.
