Water is not only one of the necessities, yet most essential need for life. Therefore, providing a healthy hydration through a safe drinking water and ready to consume aligned with company mission to deliver health through food to as many Indonesian consumers as possible. Thus, uninterruptible operational production plays critical factor in delivering the objectives. In this research, dual-sourcing of validated packaging material supply enable the sustainable production operation through supply risk mitigation which root causes can come from internal and external factors. Using quantitative and PDCA method to analyze the supply and demand of packaging materials with short-mid timeframe to ensure capacity redundancy, trial, and validation process in place. Prioritization by assessing potential Net Sales loss and probability to happens, leads to recommendation for several phases of implementations and regular monitoring to track and ensure initiatives stay on course and timely escalation for solutions.
