To reduce the impact of disasters, need appropriate and efficient disaster management. The impossibility of preparing training, such as in disaster conditions, can limit the learning experience and imagination of the community. Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are technologies that can answer these problems. In this study, an Android-based disaster mitigation mobile application with AR&VR technology will be developed with a case study of the Pangandaran area. The Application will be built in Android Studio including ArcGIS Runtime SDK. The Application will be made in 3 main features, there are the map that contains the location and information of shelter, the evacuation route that will be displayed in AR, and the inundation of tsunami that will be displayed in VR. To calculate the route will be automatically using Artificial Intelligent (AI) using network analysis. It will need a network dataset that will be saved in the phone’s internal storage. From the test results in the field, this application is quite representative showing the height of the inundation. This application can also find shelters and routes and display them in AR and the results are quite good in helping to direct to the shelter. It is hoped that this application can be used as a medium for increasing community capacity in dealing with the tsunami disaster. text
