Summary:Abstract : <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Carbonate reservoir is one of the hydrocarbon reservoir with a complex structure. Laterally and vertically location changes in carbonate reservoir cause different character in that carbonate rock eventhough still in one reservoir. In addition, total amount of carbonate reservoir is about 60 % of total hydrocarbon reservoir in all of the world. Because of that the study of carbonate reservoir is very important to be done in petroleum industry. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Elastic rock parameter modelling with AVO inversion has been done in this final project to characterize carbonate hydrocarbon reservoir on Baturaja Formation, Northwest Java Basin. Intercept, gradient, and a p u p is the AVO atribute that obtained from AVO inversion. Crossplot analysis between atribute section at certain zone can show clearly the geometry of reservoir because that analysis was successfully delineate the reservoir. <br />
