This study aims as a reference to determine the actual condition of the seabed so that it can provide recommendations for pipeline installation under the sea. The data used are Side Scan Sonar and Multibeam Echosounder data. The method used is to analyze the condition of the seabed to find out the potential hazards by integrating SSS and MBES data. This integration produces data on the depth and slope of the seabed which can be proposed in selecting an appropriate location to help the parties concerned to minimize losses that may occur in the future. text |
