The study starts with collecting historical data of passengers and aircraft movement and also the existing airside condition data. The passengers and aircrafts movement are forecasted for the years 2025 – 2045. The airside facilities designed include geometry, pavement, marking, signage, and lighting. The design of the airside facilities is based on the standards set by FAA, ICAO, and Ministry of Transportation of Indonesia. The software used are FAARFIELD to design the pavement structure and COMFAA to determine the pavement structure strength. Based on the result of the study, there is some need to extend the runway and add the new taxiway that are operating in 2025, and also to add the new apron and rapid exit taxiway that are operating in 2035. The flexible pavement designed for the extension runway have PCN value 90/F/B/X/T. The rigid pavement designed for the new taxiway have PCN Value 112/R/B/W/T and for the new apron and rapid exit taxiway have PCN value 107/R/B/W/T. text |
