Summary: | Earthquake is one of the greatest disasters that cause huge amount of loss dan damage in Indonesia, since 1970 – 2015 it has cause 181,000 fatalities dan $ 11.7 Million economic loss. The collapse of residential building affected by earthquake cause many casualties, make it necessary to evaluate the vulnerability of the building. In disaster management, it is important to understand the impact on public facilities, Hospitals is a vital infrastructure that gives significant impact on fatalities and economic loss due to earthquakes. Disaster management funding is necessary in securing government, citizen, dan other, sectors. Therefore, loss and damage calculation model for residential and health facilities building is necessary. In this research, earthquake loss and damage estimation were calculated in OpenQuake software using event-based probabilistic damage analysis dan event-based probabilistic risk analysis method. Exposure data, hazard model, fragility model, and vulnerability model were used to generate aggregated loss and damage value based on district administrative area. The probability of Health facilities loss and damage were estimated lesser than residential buildings because their building structure is stronger to endure ground motion and health facilities as vital infrastructure should not be damaged. The health facilities and residential building loss and damage calculation comparison result will be used as priority consideration for earthquake disaster management and financing.
