Public transportation has projected as the main transportation in the future. In Jabodetabek, one of the most used public transportations is commuter train. Every year the number of passengers and the commuter train services has growth and developed. However, many commuters’s train station doesn’t has ideal condition and facilities to follow the development of the transportation. This condition also occurs at Bekasi station, which serves thousands of commuter line passengers every day. The pandemic situation has showed that the problems at the Bekasi station are really need to solved. The problems at Bekasi station are mostly related to circulation, facilities, and passenger comfort. To develop design concept that expected to be a solution for those problems, research is carried out using the method of literature study and observation of Bekasi station condition. In the research phase, a new problem was found, there was potential for commuting stress to happen on passengers of commuter train, especially on Bekasi station. The data and the theory that obtained, then analyzed to produce design programs. The program is used as the basis for developing the design concept. The research has generated a concept of commuter station design in Bekasi City with the phrase "Transport with Comfort". This concept using circulation and passenger comfort as the main aspects in the design of the commuter station. With optimal circulation, other problems such as comfort and stress oof the passengers can be reduced. The oncept use light and dynamic forms to gain the value of aesthetic through the visual element. The design concept of Bekasi’s commuter station, is expected to reduce and solve the problems that found at the Bekasi station.
