IDENTIFICATION OF THE RESILIENCE OF KAMPUNG TAJUR & ITS SURROUNDINGS TOURISM VILLAGE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC BASED ON RESILIENCE FRAMEWORK

Kampung Tajur is a tourism vilage which is famous for its beauty and unique rural nature tourism and is located in Pasanggrahan Vilage, Bojong District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java. There are two missions contained in the Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Purwakarta Regency 2018-2023 regarding infrastructure development, environmental tourism development, and vilage -based people's economy which are the character of Kampung Tajur itself. Moreover, Kampung Tajur was also nominated for the top 100 Indonesian Tourism Vilage Award (ADWI) 2021. Then, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred which made the biggest impact on the tourism sector, including Kampung Tajur & its surroundings. The number of tourists has decreased drastically since January 2020. Start ing from the implementation of PSBB to PPKM to prevent the spread of COVID-19 disease and by implementing new normal activities to continue to maintain health protocols wherever and whenever. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying the resilience of the tourism vilage of Kampung Tajur & its surroundings during the COVID -19 pandemic based on the Resilience Framework. The variables used in this study were very diverse, categorized into four targets, namely the response of local governm ents, the response of tourism managers & workers, technological innovation, and accommodation conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis and scoring analysis. The data collection method used is primary data with observations and interviews as well as secondary data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that in Kampung Tajur & its surroundings during the COVID -19 pandemic, the local government response was good, the response from tourism managers & workers was good, technological innovation was very poor, and accommodation conditions were poor. Therefore, tourism managers together with the local government, private sector, and local communities must build good cooperative relationships to jointly face the difficulties of this pandemic so that Kampung Tajur & its surrounding can open up gradually and increase local economic growth once more .
