The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the beautiful interior design from the renovation of the Erasmus Huis Library supports the reading comfort of users in the Erasmus Huis Library?. In addition, there are two poins question for this research, there are how are the perceptions of readers regarding the effects of interior design on the reading comfort of readers in the Erasmus Huis Library from a psychological aspects? This study aims to determine user perceptions of the effects of interior design on the reading comfort of readers at the Erasmus Huis Library from a psychological aspects, and to determine what elements most influence interior design on the reading comfort for users at the Erasmus Huis Library from a psychological aspects. The benefit of this research is to provide an overview and input to the Erasmus Huis Library regarding the effects of interior design on the reading comfort of readers in the Erasmus Huis Library from a psychological aspects. This research uses quantitative research with distributive analysis method through the method at the time of data collection. This research was conducted at the Erasmus Huis Library. The users at the Erasmus Huis Library who are Indonesian citizens are male and female, from teenagers to young adults (18 – 30 years) as the research population because the majority of readers in the Erasmus Library are young adults. The sample used is 30 samples.
