Description
Summary:The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus in the world has shocked all countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, there are currently 4.626.936 positive COVID- 19 cases with 265.824 active cases and 4.216.328 recovered cases. The number of COVID-19 survivors in the Indonesian capital city, Jakarta, reached 923.652 people. Even though a person has recovered from COVID-19, there is a possibility that post-COVID-19 complaints will arise such as physiological and psychological disorders (anxiety disorders, depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder). Physiological and psychological disorders can affect a person's quality of life where a person cannot live as well as they were before being infected with COVID- 19. To handle this, it requires special assistance from professionals and supporting facilities. Therefore, a special rehabilitation center is needed to deal with this. The design of the rehabilitation center must help the healing process of physiological and psychological disorders by utilizing the physical elements of the interior. Using the healing environment approach as the basis for the design concept of this rehabilitation center may be the best way to solve this problem.
