People who are stressed would naturally try to solve the psychological issues they are having. However, if the situation persists without a remedy, it will result in distress symptoms. As a result, it will obstruct the person's activities. One method to achieve this is to go out and enjoy the beauty of nature. Nature indirectly sends positive suggestions to the human body. In order for the body to feel rested and tranquil. Following the COVID-19 epidemic, many people are experiencing stress as a result of a variety of circumstances, including both internal and external concerns. Humans are forced to stay at home with numerous challenges as a result of the pandemic. After being forced to stay at home previously, the restrictions gradually eased. Many people took advantage of this momentum for recreation in urban areas and even in the highlands till the conclusion. As a result, facilities with a healing environment may be a potential option to consider. However, by implementing a more attractive approach, visitors to the location can be calmed. This will have a good impact on people's physical and psychological well-being, as well as lessen the number of individuals in Indonesia who are stressed.
