However, in its implementation there are several obstacles such as the absence of interested investors, a high level of competition, and the intensive use of chemical products in the plant cultivation process. This in the long term has the potential to threaten the sustainability of agro-tourism. The application of the concept of sustainable agriculture in agro-tourism is expected to be able to overcome these problems through the development of tourism that is ecologically supported in the long term, economically feasible, and ethically and socially fair to the community. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sustainability status of Upang Strawberry Farm agro-tourism and to formulate a strategy for developing sustainable agriculture-based agro-tourism. This study uses financial analysis in the form of NPV, IRR, Net B/C and PP (financial feasibility); Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) and analysis tool RAP-Agrotourism (sustainability status); and SWOT-QSPM analysis (development strategy). Based on the results of the research, the Upang Strawberry Farm was considered feasible to be implemented and developed because it had met the investment assessment criteria, namely NPV (3,456.670,164); IRR (78.47%); Net B/C (4.55) and PP (3 years 1 month), and are in a proper business condition if there is an increase in costs by 25%, 50% and 75% and a decrease in revenue by 25% and 50%, but not eligible when there is a 75% decrease in revenue. The sustainability aspect of Upang Strawberry Farm has a less sustainable status (49.79%), the dimensions of facilities and infrastructure are the dimensions that have the lowest sustainability value, and the economic dimension has the highest sustainability value. The results of the IFE, EFE and IE analysis show that the Upang Strawberry Farm is in the growing and developing stage, so that 11 alternative development strategies can be formulated based on the SWOT analysis. The prioritized strategy from the QSPM results is to hold workshops related to environmentally friendly strawberry cultivation practices in agro-tourism activities on a regular basis as a source of income and promotion as well as improving the skills of human resources in the manufacture of tourist attractions, post-harvest handling, processing of strawberry derivative products and customer service through mentoring, scouting and training to be able to create innovation and creativity in agro-tourism. text
