One of the components of sanitation access is wastewater treatment system to prevent pollution in which 1 m3 untreated wastewater could pollute 40-60 m3 clean water. Hence, sanitation access is very important. However, in Bandung City, access to proper sanitation has only reached 62,94% in 2019. Therefore, this research aims to determine wastewater sanitation development priority areas by modeling wastewater production and sanitation access availability in every building. The method used for modeling wastewater production is based on building population and building area. Whereas, sanitation access availability is modeled by considering sub-district’s sanitation access percentage, identifying slum areas, and doing proximity analysis on existing wastewater pipeline and river data. From the modeling, classification is carried out into 9 classes and the priority order of sanitation development is determined. To support sanitation development planning, a site suitability analysis for wastewater treatment plants and wastewater pipeline determination using the Optimal Path method are also carried out on sanitation development priority areas. The result from data processing shows the priority areas for sanitation development has an area of 7,38 km2 consisting of 67.135 buildings and 178 wastewater treatment plant locations. The majority of priority areas are in Bojongloa Kaler, Astanaanyar, Batununggal, Cibeunying Kidul, Coblong, and Sukajadi Sub-Districts. text |

Sanitation access is a part of human rights and a basic component of public health.
One of the components of sanitation access is wastewater treatment system to prevent
pollution in which 1 m3 untreated wastewater could pollute 40-60 m3 clean water.
Hence, sanitation access is very important. However, in Bandung City, access to
proper sanitation has only reached 62,94% in 2019. Therefore, this research aims to
determine wastewater sanitation development priority areas by modeling wastewater
production and sanitation access availability in every building. The method used for
modeling wastewater production is based on building population and building area.
Whereas, sanitation access availability is modeled by considering sub-district’s
sanitation access percentage, identifying slum areas, and doing proximity analysis on
existing wastewater pipeline and river data. From the modeling, classification is
carried out into 9 classes and the priority order of sanitation development is
determined. To support sanitation development planning, a site suitability analysis for
wastewater treatment plants and wastewater pipeline determination using the Optimal
Path method are also carried out on sanitation development priority areas. The result
from data processing shows the priority areas for sanitation development has an area
of 7,38 km2 consisting of 67.135 buildings and 178 wastewater treatment plant
locations. The majority of priority areas are in Bojongloa Kaler, Astanaanyar,
