Summary:Up to 9,56 citizen of Indonesia which older than 10 years have disabilities unable to walk. This disability reduces human mobility. One of which mobility aids that can solved this problem is wheelchair. Unfortunately, in Indonesia available wheelchair still conventional. Conventional wheelchair cannot be used to long road trip, apart from exhausting, conventional wheelchair needs another person to operate smoothly if the disabilities cannot use it properly. For solving this problem, conventional wheelchair must be modified by using addons. In this research, wheelchair will be modified by adding wheelchair add-ons using electric motor. This system will be using 350W electric motor and 24V 5 AH battery. Fuzzy logic algorithm will be implemented by using Arduino to control electric motor speed so the user can use it comfortably. Fuzzy inference system that used in this research is Mamdani system. There are 2 parameter input that is distance and user speed and 1 parameter output that is PWM signal that goes to electric motor. There are 12 rules in this fuzzy inference system. Prototype has been built with maximum range of 4 Km and maximum speed is about 12 Km/h.
