INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/65626 Project management played a big part in software development. In project management, each of the projects will be planned and calculated first to identify the purpose of project, the time used to develop project, and the budget needed to be spent. PT. Snack Sehat is one of manufacturing company that produce healthy snack and beverages in Indonesia. In its IT division, they have software department which manages all creation and maintenance of information system projects, such as ERP system, internal application, websites, reports, and business intelligence. During their work, although software department has planned and monitored project development thoroughly, 42% projects were late in 2020. Those late projects cost led to financial lost, calculated IDR 2,000,000,000 as total cost for late projects in 2020 and doubled to IDR 5,000,000,000 in 2021. There are top three reasons that were faced during project development, which are development, planning, and implementation issue. During analysis, it was found that the root causes of late and inefficient project development process in PT. Snack Sehat are due to low priority in doing KM in both implementer and managers, no one validate captured knowledge and monitor the role and responsibility in team, and no aligned KM goal and expectation between managers and implementers. Digitalization is how technologies affect several aspects in life, like social interactions, business operations, and how people work. It supports processes efficiency and improves data transparency, so that it will benefit the company. Research from (Liao, Fei, & Chen, 2007) conclude that knowledge sharing has positive effect on absorptive capacity, which is the ability to recognize the value of new information, to assimilate it, and apply it to commercial ends (Liao, Fei, & Chen, 2007). Frequent knowledge sharing done between employees will give benefits to organization’s innovation capability. Combining this research with digitalization, digitalization improved and speed up how knowledge is shared within organization. Since knowledge sharing is done more frequent, the absorptive capacity will also be improved. From KM Assessment using APO KM Framework, PT. Snack Sehat has already reach refinement level in most of the assessment category. This makes the research will focused more into improving knowledge management system rather than built it from scratch. To develop KM program, the research will use Six Steps KM Processes (Tjakraatmadja, 2021), which consist of KM Project, KM Assessment, KM Planning, K-Development, KM Implementation, and KM Evaluation. During KM Planning and K-Development, planning program by (Garfield, 2016) will be used. These steps include defining three objectives of the KM program, answering nine questions related to the knowledge management components (people, process, and technology), determining the knowledge management strategy based on KM objectives, and setting the action plan to get ten commitments from top-level management. The results show several process and methods that need to be added to current KM, which are KM Orientation & Training, Shadowing, Sharing Knowledge Checklist, Lesson Learned Document, Document Validation, and Document Organization. The complete knowledge management process will also be mapped in a Knowledge Stock and Flow Diagram using SECI Matrix from (Nonaka, Toyama, & Konno, 2000). text
