This research focuses on the JTTS Stage 2 of the Jambi-Rengat segment. This toll road infrastructure project is categorized as having high risk due to the very large investment value with low financial feasibility, large area with various characteristics, and diverse stakeholders; therefore, risk management is crucial in this project. Referring to ISO 31000:2018, PMBOK 6th Edition, and PT HK's Enterprise Risk Management Manual, risk management in this study includes the process of risk identification, risk analysis, and mitigation planning. Risk identification is carried out using brainstorming and interviews methods with respondents who have abundant experience. Risk analysis by determining the level of risk exposure is carried out using a survey method to respondents from a different group. The level of risk exposure is calculated to establish the order of priority for follow-up on Risk Treatment. Furthermore, the risk mitigation plan is determined based on the level of exposure for each risk. From the results of risk mapping based on exposure level, it is concluded that there are 5 identified risks which are classified as Extreme Risk, 17 High Risk, and 3 Moderate Risk. text
