Summary:After acquired by Cement State Own Enterprise, there is no more integrated knowledge repository in PT SKN, most of knowledge become tacit knowledge and previously only partial employees had participated knowledge sharing and development program. PT SKN also face to employees aging issue, where from the total 2099 employees, 46% employee’s age more than 46 years. The main approach which had be used in this research is quantitative method to obtain conclusion in which level knowledge management maturity that PT SKN has. The total respondent was 340 respondents. The qualitative data will be used as additional data to find more detail information/data from selected person to confirm the quantitative data and find the key improvement area. The gathered KM maturity assessment score of PT SKN is 166.94 by mean PT SKN KM maturity is Refinement level. In this level, the KM implementation at PT SKN should be continuously evaluated and improved. Category people, knowledge process and learning & innovation have lower score compare to others categories. KM maturity score of manufacturing directorate is lower than non-manufacturing. The current Knowledge Management maturity level of PT SKN is on Refinement level. PT SKN should build own Knowledge management systems (KMS) and knowledge repository as an online database that records, organizes, and classifying knowledge-based information in a systematic manner. KM implementation should be supported by good KM governance and leadership. Company should run Talent Review and Succession Planning (TRSP) and also recommended to implement international standard ISO 30401: 2018 knowledge management system requirement.
