Aplikasi Nasional has a turnover of employees issues which is bigger than usual. Most of the employees that resigned usually go to a similar industry or to another industry that is still in the technology sector. This becomes a challenge for PT. Aplikasi Nasional since onboarding and nurturing a new hire is cost a lot of money and PT. Aplikasi Nasional needs to still maintain their project with clients to make sure it’s still delivered on time. This research method is using a quantitative approach for primary data collection and a qualitative approach for secondary data. The quantitative data will be collected via an online questionnaire using the Job Descriptive Index or JDI as a measurement to measure job satisfaction. The qualitative data will be collected via an online questionnaire with open-ended questions to find out their pain point. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors really affected job satisfaction which led to turnover intention and what recommendations can be given. Based on the result, factors that affected job satisfaction are coworkers, the work itself, and pay. It means that when the employee feels dissatisfied with one of those factors, it will positively affect job satisfaction. PT. Aplikasi Nasional needs to focus on improvement for those factors with the goals to improve communication, add more challenges, and improving the reward system without neglecting the rest of factors with the goal to improve the career path and the leadership teams. text |
