Evaluation of the digitalisation implementation is crucial, as the organization's requirements for digital transformation continue to evolve in lockstep with technological advancements. As a result, a more effective digital transformation is required to remain relevant and contribute to the organization's activities. This research using Managerial Framework for Digital Innovation Strategy by Nylen and Holmstrom (2015) to analyse digitalisation challenges through five critical areas; user experience, value proposition, digital evolution scanning, skills, and improvisation. Qualitative research conducted to gather information from three participants critera; IT personnel, digital innovator, and digital application user. After anaylse the interview result using thematic analysis, then it continued by finding solution from existing literature. This study found that there are digitalisation challenges in PT Blue Energy Company; unintegrated data, changing way of work from manual to digital, technical troubleshooting, lack of human resources, and other issues that will be discussed further in this study. The findings from literature show the solution to challenges; building digital leadership in the company by putting right man in the right place, enhancing digital capabilities, empowering people, digital tools upgrading, and communicating using digital method. Develop digital roadmap is also crucial, by defining digital strategy, timeframe, indentifiying stakeholders, and setting KPIs, a proper digital roadmap can be the answer of the digitalization challenges. text |
