Description
Summary:Animals are creatures created by God whose existence is important in the order of this life ecosystem. animals also have welfare rights where they deserve to live without violence and torture, in fact cases of animal exploitation by humans for personal or group interests cause misery for the animal. In Indonesia itself, cases of animal exploitation are still found with different backgrounds, even though there are rules and regulations that protect the rights of animal life, there are still deviations and abuses of these rules. in the future there may be a terrible disaster if this continues. This design was carried out to create an artbook about the city of Jakarta in the future Biopunk due to acts of animal exploitation as a form of illustration that one day this might happen to the city of Jakarta as a city that is able to be reflected through the existing case factors. This artbook will contain how the condition of Jakarta which has been controlled by animals and the people of Jakarta who are still surviving after the big disaster that befell and caused by the issue of cruelty and exploitation of animals. This will be conveyed with a picture and a short narration that describes the picture. The artbook also contains visualizations of animals undergoing mutations and places in Jakarta at that time. such as the Monas area, TMII, HI Roundabout, and other places. In addition, there will also be a character visualization that describes how the people of Bandung look to adapt to the environment and disease outbreaks that attack the Jakarta area. In the end, it is hoped that this artbook can provide teenagers with an image, an image of Jakarta in the Biopunk era. Consciously or not, readers are expected to be able to relate to the message to be conveyed, namely to take care of the existence of creatures between species.
