Abstract: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Sewer facilies are one of infrastructure asset which located in every city, because of that can influence quality of life of a society. Unfortunately, these facilities get less attention in maintance work from goverment and society themselves. As an asset managers PDAM handled the operation and maintanance work minimaly. Therefore act of determining priority of rehabilitation location which can integrate some aspecs in sewer management are necessary required to improve the service of sewer facilities. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research aims to develop an act of determining priority of sewer componen rehabilitation location based on tehnical and financial aspec consideration and using geogprahical information system (GIS) as tool. In this research theres a few development that is, inspection, tehnical aspec using Analytical Hiearachy Process (AHP), financial using estimation conseptual cost and using geogprahical information system (GIS) application development. With this research effort aims at developing a model of an act of determining priority of sewer componen rehabilitation that is capable providing more efficient and flexible inventory, historical, sewer environment, inspection result data and give further suggestion for rehabilitation or maintanance work with a high value priority. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Hopely with this new development can then help asset managers in improving their work performance, and also get more attention to sewer facilities. <br /> <br />
