Indonesian Government has begun to implement the transformation of energy supply as an effort to reduce the import activity of gas fuel (LPG). To support government programs in sustainable national development, PGN has assigned agreement to operating gas distribution for retail and household. This program is one of the national strategic initiatives order to diversify energy, decreasing subsidies, supplying clean and cost effective energy. PGN collaborate with subsidiaries for create bundling products (Gas Distribution + Internet Connectivity). This study aims on evaluate business strategy to provide best products and services for household, in order to generate additional revenue outside of PGN’s core business, internet connectivity. Based on the result, analysis was using external and internal analysis to determine the problem and business strategy formulation methods to finding the right solution for PGN that can be implemented for this program. This paper will gather and gain quantitative and qualitative information, from internal workers and the household who already using gas in Java. From the analysis and tools used, the solution for PGN to expand the market by promote this program to the customer through direct sales. text
