Summary:This study aims to find out and analyze the problems that happened in the supply, delivery, and distribution of fuel due to complaints from customers. to state companies engaged in fuel oil services. The data used is obtained from the company's internal data. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative. This research is supported by interviews with 4 parties from related companies for this project. The results of this study indicate that the problem lies in the availability and delays in the delivery of fuel oil due to supply and purchase access to suppliers who do not have enough products. Losses experienced from the customer side. This research is used to find out the root of the problem and make innovations to overcome existing problems. This research also shows that fuel oil management with the Vendor Held Stock scheme has on time delivery, products that are always available, handled by certified Human Resources will encourage companies to develop their business for the better.
