Description
Summary:PUCA Clinic is an Aesthetic Beauty Clinic located in South Jakarta; this business was established more than ten years ago and still operates today. The beauty industry is growing rapidly in Indonesia, especially for skincare products. Many companies make their employees their internal force to face today’s competition, but this could be in vain should those employees decide to leave for another company. One of the most prevalent problems for PUCA Clinic is high Turnover Intention, with the highest number in 2020 at 36.4%. These turnovers resulted in the loss of high-performing employees and also left a negative impact on the company. Many studies state that Employee Experience has a positive influenced on Employee Engagement; both of these variables also make Turnover Intention decrease. Because of the reasons mentioned above, this research aims to analyze Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, and Turnover Intention in PUCA Clinic, which will provide some solutions to solve the problems in PUCA Clinic. The research used is the “Sequential method,” with quantitative method in the first phase and qualitative method as additional data in the second phase. The results show that the number of employees who want to stay longer working in the company are higher than those who want to leave. They are satisfied by salary, company flexibility, relationships and communication between colleagues, and family culture. Besides that, PUCA Clinics also have some weaknesses such as a lack of technology, resources, rewards and incentives, management support, and employee intrinsic motivation. It should be improved as soon as possible.
