Summary:The development of the digital world today encourages various industries to change business models and processes towards digitalization. Besides being useful for providing efficiency and effectiveness of processes in industry, digitalization can answer the needs of consumers and companies. Especially in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic, where distribution channels and business processes are more focused on optimizing digital networks. Another goal can be the use of digital data collected as a basic reference in formulating business strategies or commonly referred to as data-driven content. By conducting external analysis using PESTEL analysis and internal analysis using digital transformation theory, alternative business model solutions are obtained that prioritize digitalization, especially in media products, sponsor activation, sales, training, e-sports, and digital agencies. As a conclusion, an evaluation is carried out on a collection of shared combinations of solutions using a scoring that considers aspects of the existing business model, meeting customer needs, and achieving objectives. By determining the appropriate combination of strategies, a new business model is obtained with each criterion divided into five dimensions, namely the dimensions of benefits, customers, partners, resources, and finance. New elements with an emphasis on super app development are incorporated into each of these dimensions resulting in a business model with a digital transformation approach.
