Bilcon Panel as a product of PT BK is expected to recover the condition of outerwall industry from declining phase to growth phase. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Bilcon Panel as the product of outerwall panel has a different concept and method compare to other existing products, by being light in weight but strong. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> With its unique and distinct positioning, PT BK is predicted to have a big chance in successful achievement in the industry of outerwall panel. The key to succeed in winning this industrial competition is the product special quality, price and service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The company generic strategy is differential strategy where in its development will unite the differential strategy with cost leadership, in order to maintain its special quality. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Realizing itself as a new company, PT BK carries out offensive strategy as its marketing strategy. Under this strategy, PT BK is trying to create value and brand awareness in its consumers mind. <br />
