Amount of diclazuril as anticoccidiosis in veteriner preparation was very low than the other component. The aims of the research was to develop a selective method for analyzing diclazuril by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Diclazuril was separated by column chromatography using silica gel as stationary phase and dichloromethane as eluent. Eluate was measured using ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 282 nm. The method gave a recovery of 99.49 +/- 1.59%, coefficient of variation 0.673% and limit of quantification 3.45 ug/mL. <br />
