The slowing growth of the poultry population domestically has slowed PT XYZ's revenue. It makes PT XYZ take the initiative to enter the agricultural market as a potential market considering Indonesia is an agriculture country. To enter the agricultural market, PT XYZ has implemented change initiatives. Salespeople who specialize in selling agricultural products, training for salespeople, and adjustments in operational systems are some of the things that have been implemented to enter the agricultural market. PT XYZ has not evaluated the change initiatives that have been carried out. Thus, the effectiveness of the initiatives undertaken is not yet known. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the management of changes carried out by PT XYZ in entering the agricultural market. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative through questionnaires and qualitative through interviews. Change management carried out by PT XYZ is in the "Win" zone with a score of 12.67. This means that the change management carried out has a high probability of success. The McKinsey 7S framework is used to analyze improvement opportunities. Bureaucracy, operational and monitoring system comprehension, number of team members adequacy, knowledge of team members, and the adequacy of the training carried out are things that are then identified for further evaluation. This is then searched for the root cause and opportunities for improvement that can be done by PT XYZ. text |
