Every organization has business processes that must be maintained at all times. Threats and disasters can affect business processes and services provided by organizations, including non-profit organizations such as universities. Organizations may experience certain threats that disrupt Information Technology services, impacting the overall business process. A sequence of procedures needs to be defined and implemented for the college to be able to cope with disasters and risks. These procedures are defined through a Disaster Recovery Plan. The Final Project research focuses on building a Disaster Recovery Plan for Bandung Institute of Technology, with a research focus on Information Technology services. The main object studied was the Directorate of Information Systems and Technology, as a provider of Information Technology services. This development begins with the identification of the development methodology, then proceeds with the development process consisting of risk analysis, current recovery conditions identification, business impact analysis, recovery processes identification, and completion of the Disaster Recovery Plan. The main result of this research is the Disaster Recovery Plan Documentation for the Directorate of System and Information Technology of Bandung Institute of Technology. This documentation is expected to be able to help the Bandung Institute of Technology in dealing with any disasters that can disrupt Information Technology services in the organizational environment. In addition, the research is expected to be able to raise awareness of educational organizations in Indonesia about the possibility of disasters, so that the documentation is needed in dealing with disasters.
