Still, the conventional ECGs, which are the golden standard, are only accessible at the hospitals. The recent COVID-19 gives rise to a new solution: remote telemedicine consultation. However, telemedicine does not have access to a remote physical assessment. In this final project, an ECG monitoring mobile application based on React Native framework connected to the cloud is designed and implemented to resolve this problem. The mobile application can communicate with an ECG acquiring device via BLE and store the heart activity measurement in the cloud database implemented using AWS® infrastructure. Hence, doctors have access to their patient’s physical assessments remotely. The result shows that the proposed design has a score of 2.153 on a scale of -3 to 3, indicating a positive evaluation based on the UEQ Questionnaire Handbook. Additionally, the design results in an average of 2.4 seconds transmission delay and the design successfully eliminates the physical constraint of an ECG checkup, which is a patient needs to be near a doctor. text |

Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) is one of Indonesia’s most concerning death
contributors. The available preventive measures are early detection and accurate
heart monitoring with heart activity measurement devices based on ECG or PPG.
Still, the conventional ECGs, which are the golden standard, are only accessible at
the hospitals. The recent COVID-19 gives rise to a new solution: remote
telemedicine consultation. However, telemedicine does not have access to a remote
