ABSTRACT: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Every years, KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu has been given the targeted tax collection from the government. One of the key factor that supported the succesfull of the tax collection is the professionalism at doing works so the office can do the better service to the publics and tax payers. Things that KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu can do to optimize the professionalism is by doing the corporate culture in their organization. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This research has a purpose to know how far KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu has doing the corporate culture in their organization and in which dimensions from corporate culture that the office should improve. This research also wants to know if the leaders of KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu has done the entrepreneurial leadership. To learn about that, this research was conducted through two questionnaire surveys which is Entrepreneurial Orientation Survey (EOS) and Entrepreneurial Leadership Questionnaire (ELQ) to employees and leaders at KPP Jakarta Tamanasari Satu. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From EOS result tells that corporate entrepreneurship at KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu still unsatisfied with two lowest scores are individual orientation and risk aversion, while highest score is support of new idea. ELQ result to KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu leaders shows that there are gap in every type of leadership mostly in Integrator and Accelerator. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Through development of corporate entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership at KPP Jakarta Tamansari Satu, the office could improve the performance of their works at collecting and tax services from publics.
